Situated on 1½ acres at the top of Summit Road, you will find three buildings with a total of 10,000 square feet of office spaces. The buildings were designed by John Merriman upon graduating from Miami of Ohio in 1969, with a degree in architecture. The rear building was added in 1984.

Doug Merriman manages the complex and is responsible for day-to-day operations -- which has become a full time job since he retired in 1992 after teaching for 32 years. Margaret Merriman is the keeper of the records.
